I was really craving pasta for dinner tonight! {I haven’t had any in forever.} I had a serving of pasta with Alfredo sauce, a salad w/ organic Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, and Wish Bone Italian Salad Spritzers {Only 1 Calorie per spritz & I only had 6!}, and fresh cucumbers with apple cider vinegar.

Ohh…and Raspberry Lemonade water {My new fave Crystal Light flavor mix!}. Delish!

Meatless Monday Dinner: A serving of Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles with Syrup and 2 Scrambled Eggs w/ a side of Strawberries.


I’ll probably only eat 1/2 a serving of waffles next time b/c two was one too many for my appetite!

I’VE COMPLETED JILLIAN MICHAELS RIPPED IN 30 DVD!!! I’m so excited about Weightless Wednesday. I can’t wait to figure out how many pounds I’ve lost since the beginning of my journey!
