Weightless Wednesday
I’VE LOST 5 POUNDS DURING THE PAST WEEK!!! I was so excited to weigh myself this morning. Hopefully, I can lose an additional 5 pounds before the next Weightless Wednesday! I also started The Beginners Running Program {Week 2} and felt so accomplished after completing it. Yay me!!!

Tiny Tuesday
Tiny Tuesday was simple for me today since I already eat the correct serving of everything! Did any of ya’ll participate in The Weekly Challenge?! Tomorrow is the start of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD {Week 4}. I can’t believe me & my exercise friend, Kristina, only have one more week before we’re finished. Yay us!!!

Meatless Monday
I’m so proud of myself… I had NO meat today for Meatless Monday! I absolutely loved having breakfast for dinner tonight. I baked banana nut muffins and my hunny bunny cooked scrambled eggs! I also had slices of a Granny Smith apple with my meal. Delicious! Did any of ya’ll participate in The Weekly Challenge?!
