Weightless Wednesday

I weighed 129.8 pounds on the scale this morning, yay!!! I’ve lost 20.6 lbs. since the start of my lifestyle change & 4 pounds since last Wednesday!

Yeah…I wish that girl was me, haha! Looking at that picture now, we do kinda favor! {My hubby actually said my stomach looks like that, LOL} Here’s what I did to jump start my weightloss:

Week 1

I started eating a lot healthier. I have Breakfast, Snack #1, Lunch, Snack #2, and Dinner before 9PM. I started measuring food & ate only 1 serving so I wouldn’t overeat. I haven’t eaten at a fast food restaurant in forever and don’t feel guilty when eating a bit unhealthy b/c I deserve it!

Week 2

I started Jillian Michaels Ripped In 30. Because I had researched information about the DVD, I was expecting to gain muscle but not lose weight. Each week was definitely a challenge!

Week 3

I started the Beginners Running Program. I actually enjoy running now & am signing up for Cuke Patch 5K at the end of April. Yay me! {I reward myself with a glass of chocolate milk after a run. It’s actually really good for your muscles!}

Week 4

I started Audrina Patridge’s Ab Workout. One of my goals is to have amazing abs for Summer. I created a Mood/Inspiration Board for motivation!

Remember…weight wasn’t gained in a few days so it’s gonna take more than that to lose. Start with a 30 minute workout then add extra exercises as you progress. Starting a bunch of different stuff all at once can be very overwhelming!

Set small goals rather than BIG. Try The Weekly Challenge. It has definitely worked for me!
