Meatless Mondays: Go the entire day without eating meat!

This will definitely be a challenge but I can do it!

Tiny Tuesdays: Eat the correct portion sizes or a bit smaller.

I’ve been doing this so I’m gonna try to eat smaller portions.

Weightless Wednesdays: Only weigh yourself on this day!

Thirsty Thursdays: Drink at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water today. Only water! No coffee, diet soda, or tea.

I always drink water but not the recommended amount everyday so I’m gonna drink more water!

Fruity Fridays: Add a serving of fruit to breakfast and lunch. Bonus for adding fruit with dinner!

I’ve been adding fruit to breakfast so I’m gonna try to add fruit with lunch & dinner!

Savory Saturdays and Sundays: Treat yourself ONE time on the weekend.

This is gonna be a tough one.
