Update

I’m really sorry I’ve been MIA for the past few days! I’ve been fighting sickness for about a week now. Even though I’m not feeling my best, I’ve been completing Bob Harper’s Bikini Body Workout, Audrina Patridge’s Ab Workout, and Beginners Running Program {Week 3}. Me and my exercise friend, Kristina, are taking a Rest Week before starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

I weighed myself on Weightless Wednesday & have lost 9.6 pounds since the beginning of my journey! My goal was 10 pounds but I’m really positive I’ve lost more and gained muscle. I’m so excited about starting my next 30 day adventure!

I wasn’t feeling 100% today but completed Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD and Beginners Running Program. I’m about to start & finish Bob Harper’s Bikini Body Workout and Audrina Patridge’s Ab Workout.

I’m obsessed with Crystal Light’s Fruit Punch flavored On-the-Go packets. So delicious!!! Fruit Punch, Grape, Peach Mango, Pink Lemonade, & Wild Strawberry are my faves.

I’m really excited about Meatless Monday. Jamie is cooking breakfast for dinner tonight. Yummy!!!

The Vow

The Vow was absolutely amazing. I loved every minute of the movie! After it was over and my hubby was driving us to Krispy Kreme, I asked him, “What would you do to remind me of who I was?” & “What would you do to make me fall in love with you all over again?” All of his answers were so sweet! I bought him an Original Glazed Doughnut and myself a Cinnamon Bun from Krispy Kreme. The deliciousness was definitely worth the week I had to wait for it! I giggled & said to Jamie, “If I ever forget stuff that I love, just buy me a Cinnamon Bun. I will always love a Cinnamon Bun!”

I completed Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD {Week 4}, Bob Harper’s Bikini Body Workout {Month 1}, and Audrina Patridge’s Ab Workout earlier this evening since Friday was a Rest Day b/c I was sick. I’m so ready for a run tomorrow!

Only 2 more days left of the Ripped in 30 DVD!!!

I’m so proud of myself…

My exercise friend, Kristina, and I have worked out with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD {Week 3} everyday since Wednesday. We only had a water break after Circuit One & Two. I’ve also ran/walked 7.2 miles with the Beginners Running Program in the past 3 days!

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD, Beginners Running Program.

Saturdays and Sundays
