Meatless Monday Dinner: A serving of Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles with Syrup & 2 Scrambled Eggs w/ a side of Strawberries.
I’ll probably only eat 1/2 a serving of waffles next time b/c two was one too many for my appetite!

I wasn’t feeling 100% today but completed Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD and Beginners Running Program. I’m about to start & finish Bob Harper’s Bikini Body Workout and Audrina Patridge’s Ab Workout.
I’m obsessed with Crystal Light’s Fruit Punch flavored On-the-Go packets. So delicious!!! Fruit Punch, Grape, Peach Mango, Pink Lemonade, & Wild Strawberry are my faves.
I’m really excited about Meatless Monday. Jamie is cooking breakfast for dinner tonight. Yummy!!!

I had NO meat today for Meatless Monday! I absolutely loved having breakfast for dinner tonight. I baked banana nut muffins and my hunny bunny cooked scrambled eggs! I also had slices of a Granny Smith apple with my meal. Delicious!
