Audrina Patridge Workout

We started Week 2 of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD today! The workout was definitely harder than Week 1. I also added the Beginners Running Program and Audrina Patridge’s Workout to my exercise routine. My body will be really sore tomorrow morning!

I slept late this morning so didn’t eat anything until Noon. My calorie intake was really low for the day!

My hubby and I made a Super Bowl bet. The winner gets a free meal at a restaurant of their choice. I lost, haha!

Workout Plan: Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 exercise plan allows 2 rest days a week which is gonna be Saturdays and Sundays for us!

Ripped in 30

My friend Kristina and I are gonna start Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 workout plan February 1st. I created this blog to motivate us & update our progress toward our goals.

We’re also gonna start running and eating healthier. {An addiction to Sundrop & fast food has caused me to gain more weight than I’m happy with.} I always feel so much better after a great run and workout!

After completing Ripped in 30, I’m gonna reward myself with a hot stone massage from a local Physical Therapy clinic. {Ahh…} If I can maintain a healthy lifestyle for 60 days, I’m gonna purchase a tanning package from a local salon. Hopefully, I’ll complete my goal: 90 days of diet & exercise. The reward for reaching my final goal will be this Victoria’s Secret bikini. {Found here.}
