I weighed myself yesterday & was 126.2 pounds. Just 11.2 more lbs. to go!

I weighed 129.8 pounds on the scale this morning, yay!!! I’ve lost 20.6 lbs. since the start of my lifestyle change & 4 pounds since last Wednesday!

I weighed 133.8 pounds on the scale this morning & have lost 16.6 lbs. since the start of my lifestyle change. Yay me!!!

Update

I’m really sorry I’ve been MIA for the past few days! I’ve been fighting sickness for about a week now. Even though I’m not feeling my best, I’ve been completing Bob Harper’s Bikini Body Workout, Audrina Patridge’s Ab Workout, and Beginners Running Program {Week 3}. Me and my exercise friend, Kristina, are taking a Rest Week before starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

I weighed myself on Weightless Wednesday & have lost 9.6 pounds since the beginning of my journey! My goal was 10 pounds but I’m really positive I’ve lost more and gained muscle. I’m so excited about starting my next 30 day adventure!

I’VE LOST 5 POUNDS DURING THE PAST WEEK!!!

I was so excited to weigh myself this morning. Hopefully, I can lose an additional 5 pounds before the next Weightless Wednesday! I also started The Beginners Running Program {Week 2} and felt so accomplished after completing it. Yay me!!!
