I was really craving pasta for dinner tonight! {I haven’t had any in forever.} I had a serving of pasta with Alfredo sauce, a salad w/ organic Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, and Wish Bone Italian Salad Spritzers {Only 1 Calorie per spritz & I only had 6!}, and fresh cucumbers with apple cider vinegar.
Ohh…and Raspberry Lemonade water {My new fave Crystal Light flavor mix!}. Delish!

Tiny Tuesday

Tiny Tuesday was simple for me today since I already eat the correct serving of everything! Did any of ya’ll participate in The Weekly Challenge?!

Tomorrow is the start of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD {Week 4}. I can’t believe me & my exercise friend, Kristina, only have one more week before we’re finished. Yay us!!!

Meatless Monday

I’m so proud of myself…

I had NO meat today for Meatless Monday! I absolutely loved having breakfast for dinner tonight. I baked banana nut muffins and my hunny bunny cooked scrambled eggs! I also had slices of a Granny Smith apple with my meal. Delicious!

Sautéed Onion and Garlic sauce with 100% Whole Grain Penne Pasta is what I had for dinner tonight. I also had 1/2 a slice of Parmesan & Garlic toast.
