I just love beautiful scenery while running ❤

I’ve been feeling terrible for the past 3 days! I completed Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD Thursday morning but couldn’t push myself to go running. I’ve been laying around since Friday hoping I would feel like working out by Sunday. I’ve still been drinking water, eating healthy, and completing The Weekly Challenge. Maybe I’ll feel better later today!
My hubby is taking me to the movie theatre to see The Vow then Kripsy Kreme Doughnuts so I can devour a Cinnamon Bun for Savory Sunday!

I’m so proud of myself…

My exercise friend, Kristina, and I have worked out with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD {Week 3} everyday since Wednesday. We only had a water break after Circuit One & Two. I’ve also ran/walked 7.2 miles with the Beginners Running Program in the past 3 days!

The Color Run

I’m so excited that The Color Run will be in Charlotte, North Carolina October 27th! Runners begin the 5K {3.1 Miles} at the start with a mandatory white t-shirt and finish with yellow, blue, green, & pink magical color dust all over them. So much fun! {Click the link for more info!}

Beginners Running Program

Starting Wednesday, February 8th I’m gonna integrate the Beginners Running Program with my exercise routine. The program easily starts you from zero to running 20 minutes continuously in 10 weeks. All it requires is the commitment to run 3-5 times a week. I’m so determined to be fit by Summer! {Click the link for program details!}
