Audrina Patridge Workout

We started Week 2 of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD today! The workout was definitely harder than Week 1. I also added the Beginners Running Program and Audrina Patridge’s Workout to my exercise routine. My body will be really sore tomorrow morning!

Starting Wednesday, February 8th I’m gonna integrate the Beginners Running Program with my exercise routine. The program easily starts you from zero to running 20 minutes continuously in 10 weeks.
